Intergovernmental Committee of Senior Officials and Experts for North and West Africa

The ECA Offices for North and West Africa will host the 39th and 27th Intergovernmental Committees of Senior Officials and Experts (ICESE) for North and West Africa in Rabat, Morocco, from 19 to 21 November 2024. This year’s edition is held under the theme: “Accelerating the implementation of the AfCFTA in North and West Africa through digital transformation and economic diversification”.

This meeting will foster exchanges on the situation and perspectives of the two sub-regions around this theme and will help develop policies to support an accelerated implementation of the AfCFTA through digital transformation and diversification.
