With a dynamic background in project management, operations and stakeholder management, Fall Aicha Thiendella thrives in environments that drive impact, innovation, and social change. Over the years, she has coached young entrepreneurs from ideation to scaling, fostered strategic partnerships, and supported policy initiatives that empower youth and women in Africa. She has worked with leading organizations, including the African Union Commission, the African Leadership Academy, Paradigm Initiative, #FixPolitics, and Impact Hub Dakar, where she played a key role in ecosystem-building, policy engagement, and capacity-building for Civil Society organizations across Africa.
