4th Cyber Africa Forum

From 15 to 16 April 2024, the 4th Cyber Africa Forum will be held in Abidjan on the theme: “Cyber risks and artificial intelligence: what defence strategies in the face of new digital threats? »

The event will bring together experts, leading figures from the public sector, start-up managers and investors.

The program includes a series of conferences, round tables, Business to Business and Business to Government meetings, as well as working sessions. The debates will include discussions on the challenges of implementing AI in Africa, the threats, innovations and defence strategies surrounding this technology, the challenge of managing sensitive data in the e-health sector, and employability in the age of AI.

A number of events are on the program, including Cyber Africa Women, a platform designed to promote the participation of women in the cybersecurity and digital sectors in Africa.

There will also be the Hacking Challenge, a competition for young talent to assess their IT security skills, and the Executive Cybersecurity Awareness Meeting, a cyber crisis management exercise for senior executives to improve their response to cyber incidents.
