Biography
Motia Felicia is the Co-founder of Nkwa4change Solutions, a Minority-led grass root organization championing sustainable and resilient development in Cameroon. She is vigorous Project Coordinator of Regenerative Agriculture Hub, a project which already transformed over 400 most vulnerable peasant farmer’s farming practices and promoting soil innovation, boosting their crop yield by over 50%, enhancing food security, ameliorate hunger, mitigate and build strong resilience to the devastating changing climate. Motia’s exceptional leadership of Regenerative Agriculture Hub Project had enable the project to officially join Regeneration International and become a consortium member of the international "4 per 1000" Initiative, an international Initiative launched at COP 21. Motia Felicia is one of CARE International Young Women Leadership on Climate Adaptation, an Alumni of YALI RLC Climate Tech Innovators and Leaders Programme in Accra, Ghana. She is awarded the YALI Star Award
