Soumya Talbioui is an academic researcher in Sociology with a demonstrated history of working in academic studies, doing research evaluation, analytical skills, quantitative and qualitative analysis, writing, and lectures. She mainly focuses on Sociology of migration, Social movements, gender and peace research. She has also taught courses on Sociology of organizations and Social Sciences. She is also an international Monitoring & Evaluation expert with over 8 years working within national and international NGOs. She has led numerous performance evaluations with international donor programs that contribute to youth education, workforce development, gender equality and social and economic integration of ex-detainees.She holds a PhD in sociology and a Master in gender studies from Hassan II Ain Chock University.
