Ryma ABASSI is an assistant professor. She is associate director at ISET’COM since 2014 and member of the “Digital Security” unit at SUP’COM (Tunisia). She obtained the High-level scientific stay grant twice in 2014 and 2017 and is a visiting professor at University of Limoges. She is an advisor in the Tunisia Mentoring Council, a six-month mentoring program for women in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) working on projects or startups in the STEM fields. In 2017, she received the Fulbright visiting scholarship at Tufts University (USA) where she worked on formal methods for security protocols validation. Since 2018, she is an Africa Science Leadership Program (ASLP) fellow.
