Originally in the teaching profession, BEN ALI SASSI Najoua has conducted research in applied linguistics and Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL). She was an exchange student in USA and a volunteer exchange teacher in Ireland where she focused on intercultural education. She is currently in charge of gender issues in the Ministry of education as Education inspector general.
