Aicha Thiendella Fall is a policy and digital governance professional with experience spanning emerging technologies, digital rights, and strategic advocacy across Africa. She is currently a Reporting Officer at the United Nations DSS Global Security Information Centre (GSIC). Most recently, she was a strategic consultant at GDI Advisors and a Visiting Fellow with the Atlantic Council’s Democracy + Tech Initiative, advancing partnerships on tech governance and providing strategic counsel on digital policy in Africa. Previously, she was the Assistant Director for Francophone Africa at the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab (DFRLab), where she strengthened digital resilience, and built multi-stakeholder partnerships across the region. She also served as Special Advisor in the Office of the African Union Commission’s Special Envoy for Women, Peace and Security. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ashoka University in India.
