Victoria is a lawyer; an Energy and Mining expert & consultant with extensive experience working on various projects in the different parts of the Globe. She is a holder of a PhD in International Energy Law and Policy from CEPMLP, University of Dundee. She is an Energy Arbitrator at the Energy Disputes Arbitration Centre (EDAC).She has worked with both private companies and NGOs focused on energy and climate change law. Victoria has extensive experience and expertise in general law; international arbitration, energy law; mining law; environmental law and climate change. She has presented during different international energy arbitration conferences. She has given lectures on energy law in different universities.
