Nathalie Blanc Chekete is a seasoned project management, marketing and training and capacity building professional with over 18 years’ experience in the service industry (mainly in retail banking, wealth management and cultural heritage tourism). She has strategic experience working both with renowned financial/service institutions and governmental bodies in north/south America, Europe and Africa. She holds a B.Com in Finance/Marketing from ESG-Uqam (Canada) and a Msc. in International Marketing from Boston University (USA). She specializes in projects’ strategic planning and implementation, customer experience and service design, sales management as well as in cultural heritage tourism development and promotion. She has also acquired, throughout the years, a solid experience in training and capacity building related to the banking as well as to the tourism industry. She wants to devote her energy and experience to the management of high-impact projects in Africa.
